the training, sites are able to perform the annual self assessments to
identify non-compliances within the facility's operational processes.
This process will help them meet the second principle of the NOVA
Responsible Care policy: “Operate in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations and to the higher of NOVA Chemicals or local health, safety
and environmental standards.”
