The UN Security Training Working Group of the Inter-Agency Security Network (IASN) in its May 2001 meeting identified the requirement for a security awareness CD-ROM focusing on staff security for all UN staff. In December of 2001, Christie Communications was contracted by UNHCR to produce this CD-ROM.

The National Fire Code requires that emergency fire procedures be in place and that training be provided to all building occupants. Our client selected Christie to help produce a self-study Intranet and CD-ROM course to teach building occupants emergency procedures for their specific building.

Christie Communications created two web-based courses (minimum 56K modem connection) that teach the key points of Transportation of Dangerous Goods in a wildland fire setting, for both ground and air transportation methods.

The overall purpose of the youth site is to encourage youth to explore their environments and get involved in their lives. It also challenges youth to act upon their ability to create change in their lives.
